Birding Trails

We are lucky to be in an area surrounded by so many birdwatching sites. You can spend a couple of hours, make a day of it or plan your weekend to cover several of the birdwatching maps.  Come back to birdwatch in each of our seasons!

When you visit you’ll find that we have many bird trails that are a part of the NC Birding Trail!  You can click on the links below to print copies of the different regional birding maps along with site descriptions. Site descriptions will tell you the species of interest, habitats, special concerns and access and parking in each area.  Happy birding!
