We have gotten a ton of inquiries about our upcoming snow School and the gear list. This course is geared towards Alpine climbing but is also a beneficial course for those who are getting into winter backpacking. Yes it is taught in NC. No we do not have glaciers but we have conditions and locations that will allow us to practice the needed skills.

Date options are Jan 29-31 and Feb 19-21, 2021 .
Notes we do have some of the technical gear (crampons/yaktrax, harness, ice axes, ropes, webbing, cordelette and biners) for guests to use. COVID precautions will be taken. Masks required in shuttles and when social distancing is not an option.
